He is a renowned comedian who dropped out of medical school to pursue his passion. Mark Angel has established himself as the reigning king of YouTube and Instagram, earning international recognition as a content creator.

In 2013, Mark Angel teamed up with his niece, Emmanuella, and since then, their channel has achieved numerous milestones. Their page became the first African channel to surpass one million subscribers on YouTube, making it Africa's most popular and most subscribed YouTube channel with over nine million subscribers, and the most followed Facebook page in Nigeria with over 22 million followers. In 2023 alone, their YouTube earnings exceeded $100,000 monthly. The Mark Angel page also ranked as the most visited content-creating YouTube channel in Africa in 2023.

On Instagram, Mark's page is also popular, ranked as the most viewed content creator in Nigeria with over 50 million views in 2023 alone, making it Nigeria's most visited content-creating page.

Throughout 2023, Mark and his team generated an impressive $3 million in revenue from YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. With these achievements, Mark Angel solidifies his position as the wealthiest content creator in Nigeria, and arguably in all of Africa in 2023
